Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch technical support to oil and gas clients.​

• Support sales, operations and shop teams with job preparation.​

• Conduct various torque and drag modelling reports.​

• Provide services with AutoCAD and SolidWorks.​

• Stay updated on the latest industry innovations and conduct client training sessions.​

• Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to analyze and resolve complex technical problems faced by clients.

Qualifications:

• Post-Secondary degree or diploma in Mechanical, Petroleum Engineering, or other applicable Engineering Technologies.​

• Strong knowledge of industry technologies, processes, and equipment.​

• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.​

• Experience with SolidWorks and AutoCAD.​

• Strong written and oral communication skills.​

• Strong organizational skills, technical competence, and attention to detail.​

• Self-motivated and efficient with time management.​

• Skilled in applying problem-solving techniques to complications that may arise.​

• Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly with a high attention to detail.​

• Ability to work independently at a fast pace and produce quality work.​

• Ability to be organized and follow a systematic method of performing a task.​

• Ability to meet safety requirements to attend site visits.
