Responsibilities:
-
Clean, repair, rebuild, and paint various tools and equipment
-
Measure, record, and document tool dimensions using the Load Out Manager (LOM) system.
-
Participate in daily safety meetings and adhere to all safety protocols.
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient shop environment.
-
Assist Tool Technicians and the Shop Foreman with inventory control and shop operations.
-
Provide dependable, high-quality support within the shop.
-
Perform pickups and deliveries of tools and equipment between job sites and facilities.
-
Ensure safe and secure transportation of equipment in compliance with road safety regulations.

Follow ISO standards and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies.
-
Complete and comply with all required safety training and legislative requirements.

Act as a reliable, punctual, and team-oriented employee.
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is considered an asset.)
-
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-
Effective organizational skills and ability to work well under pressure.
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
-
Oilfield, drilling, or automotive industry experience is considered an asset.
-
Valid Alberta driver’s license with an up-to-date driver abstract.

Willingness and ability to perform regular driving duties.
Required Certifications (Must Have or Willing to Obtain):
-
Completion of Import Tool Corporation’s orientation and training programs, including:
-
GHS / WHMIS
-
First Aid
-
Forklift
-
Overhead Crane
-
Journeyman certification is considered an asset
Experience (Preferred):
-
Automotive Technician: 1 year
-
Oil & Gas Industry: 1 year
