The ITC WR Bridge Plug is a retrievable plug designed to isolate the wellbore when performing treatments such as fracturing, acidizing, surface equipment maintenance or temporary suspension of a producing formation.
The WR Bridge Plug can be deployed and set with wireline using a wireline adapter kit or run-in with a hydraulic bridge plug setting tool. This method allows the operator to set the bridge plug using various methods such as coiled or threaded tubing. This allows the operator to set the bridge plug in a deviated well where wireline is not an option. The bridge plug can also be retrieved using wireline, coiled or threaded tubing.
• Can be set in a deviated well where wireline is not an option
• Bi-directional slips prevent movement against pressure differentials from above or below
• Triple element system ensures reliable sealing at high pressures and temperatures
• Nitrile, HNBR, Viton, Aflas element options
• Wireline, coiled or threaded tubing set
• Wireline, coiled or threaded tubing retrieval
• Ability to hang pressure recorders
The Import Tool Mechanical‐Retrievable Bridge Plug is a high-performance double‐grip retrievable plug that is designed to isolate the wellbore when performing treatments such as fracturing, acidizing, or temporary suspension of a producing formation, either deep or shallow.
A large internal by‐pass reduces swabbing when running and retrieving. The by‐pass closes when the plug is set and opens while releasing the upper slips when retrieving to allow pressure equalization across the plug.
The MSR Bridge Plug is run in with the "EQV" equalizing valve running and retrieval J‐slot system that allows for easy setting and releasing ‐ 1/4 right‐hand turn to set, 1/4 right‐ hand turn to release.
The MSR Bridge Plug's bi‐directional slips securely anchor the bridge plug against pressure differentials from above or below. The customizable triple element ensures reliable sealing at high pressures and temperatures.
