Finite Element Analysis (FEA) is a virtual testing environment to analyze tool design, evaluate its performance and make decisions to improve operations. The FEA predicts a tool’s physical behavior by virtually testing CAD models and including materials for all components, loads acting on the structure, and restraints to describe any anchoring. The software provides linear, non-linear static and dynamic analysis capabilities.
