The De-Burring Tool is equipped with spring loaded expandable mill ribs to make contact with the full inside diameter (ID) of the casing or liner, removing perforation burrs with right hand rotation. The right-hand face of each mill rib is dressed with a carbide compound.
The bottom of the De-Burring Tool includes a fixed mill sleeve, also dressed with a carbide compound, to remove any severe ID restrictions before the mill ribs make contact. The upper end of the tool has a fixed stabilizer sleeve to provide balanced support and centralization to the mill ribs.
