The Vacuum Debris Removal Tool is a modular tool that works at relatively low pump rates and in light fluid with a low carrying capacity to perform effective clean-up operations. The modular design includes a single nozzle engine, a debris screening module and one or more debris chambers.
The engine module generates a localized high velocity reverse circulation at the end of the workstring to capture and recover heavier debris, such as perforation fragments or milling debris. A screening module prevents flow of larger particles through the tool and the debris chamber is designed with lifting caps to ensure all debris and fluid is 100% contained.
• Recovers debris that otherwise could not be circulated out of the hole unless a high flow rate and/or dense fluid was used
• Effective when fluid carrying properties are limited
• Designed for debris recovery near sensitive equipment
• All debris and fluid is 100% contained within the tool
• Can be run on its own or as part of a clean-up string
• Finger basket can be run below the tool to capture larger debris
• String magnets can be run to remove ferrous debris
• Multiple tool sizes available
• Compatible with wide range of connections
